When you shop with us every item is carefully and gently packed to ensure that your order gets to you in perfect condition. We ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS) priority mail.
We offer a no quibble, 100% refund policy. If you don’t like what you've purchased, for any reason, please notify us and simply mail it back within ten days of receiving it. Upon receiving it, we will refund you for the full purchase amount, including shipping. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been damaged, modified or altered in any way. Items must be in original condition without any sizing or changes. Custom orders are not returnable.
We offer layaway and prefer three equal monthly payments. However, we also understand that for larger orders this may not be possible and we are willing to work with you to make payment arrangements. Because layaway removes inventory from our shelves for extended periods of time, layaway returns receive a store credit and not a refund.
